Process of Return

1. Once the verification process for the returned product is completed, the refund process will be initiated to the original payment account.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable in cases of:
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect product delivery
  • Damage during shipping
• No exchange or refund will be entertained once the order is placed unless:

Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch:

• Orders can be canceled by contacting our customer service team on the same day before dispatch.
• If canceled within 24 hours, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

After Dispatch:

• If the product has been shipped, cancellation requests can be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• A transportation fee of INR 100 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
